Is my data secure?
Yes! We do not store your files on our servers. All files are automatically deleted immediately after conversion or after 1 hour (whichever comes first). All file transfers use HTTPS encryption.
What file formats do you support?
We currently support DOC, DOCX, TXT, and RTF file formats. Maximum file size is 10MB per file.
Is the service free?
Yes! Doc2PDF is completely free to use. There are no hidden fees or premium tiers.
Why isn't my file converting?
If you're experiencing issues, please check that:
- Your file is in a supported format (DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF)
- Your file size is under 10MB
- Your file isn't corrupted or password-protected
- You have a stable internet connection
If problems persist, please contact us with details about the error.
How long does conversion take?
Most conversions complete within seconds. Larger or more complex documents may take longer.
Can I convert multiple files at once?
Currently, you can convert one file at a time. We're working on batch conversion for future updates.
